The strategic goal is the deinstitutionalization of the biggest possible number of chronic mental patients, living in closed structures, the development of open social structures of prevention and treatment and the implementation of actions for social and economic reintegration of the mentally ill.

It has two mental health units so far:

• A boarding house that provides long stays for people with mental disorders and pervasive developmental disorders &
• A protected apartment for semi-autonomous living, care for 4 people which is the last link in the chain of reintegration into the society.
